My word. We've had a good day. First the Planet Of The Dead trailer and now this sparkly, uber-New Romantic trailer for the second series of Ashes To Ashes. Loving Alex's new look and Chris' blonde hair-do. Based on the Spandau Ballet (how apt that they've now re-formed for a tour) track 'Chant No 1', this was directed by the legendary Tim Pope. Horrible tag line though, 'the '80s are back...and it's criminal'. Give me a break.

Director General
- Frank Collins
- Frank is a freelance writer, artist and occasional grumpy old man. He has come from a distant time when sweet shops sold Aztecs, Doctor Who was in black and white, James Bond wore safari suits and nobody had heard of George Lucas. He writes about British film and television, international cinema, theatre, music and design. Quite a lot of it has been about Doctor Who including the recently published Doctor Who: The Pandorica Opens. He manages design shows, has run several UK cinemas, been a market researcher and drunk lots of gin.
